And - if we lose the case - which we don’t think will happen- you do not owe any costs or fees. All of the expenses will be spelled out for you and we do not spend anything unless it is absolutely necessary. Some of the expenses include the cost of filing the law suit with the court, $310 and paying the Court Stenographer for the defendant’s deposition, approximately $350.
